1 Naturall yellow pepper (If you can’t find the yellow pepper, it can be done with red and green. Red pepper has a sweeter taste than green.)

1 pinch nutmeg

40 g striped gruyere cheese

PREPARATION

  1. For the filling, cut the peppers into squares.
  2. Preheat the oven to 338 ° F. Lightly butter an 8″ diameter mold. Put flour to the pasta to handle it better and after having spread cover the mold with it. Bake and cook for 25 ’or until firm to the touch.
  3. Beat the eggs and the cream, add salt and pepper to taste and add the nutmeg. Add peppers and grated cheese. Pour over pasta and bake for forty minutes or until firm. You can measure a stick to the center and if this sale is clean, it is ready. Let cool before cutting.

Chef’s advice: To prevent the pasta from inflating, you can chop the entire surface of the bottom with a fork, as this allows the steam to escape during cooking. Or, place waxed paper on the base and put beans on top to cover the entire base.
